Tod’s Point Engagement: Lexi & Steve

With Lexi and Steve’s June wedding quickly approaching (hopefully!) I thought it was time to get them on my blog. This past November, I met them over at Tod’s Point in Old Greenwich for their engagement session. Tod’s Point is usually only open to pass holders during peak season. But it was a spot that was super meaningful to Lexi, having grown up going to the point her whole life. It’s not quite a 3 mile loop at the tip of Old Greenwich. On a clear day you even have a nice view of Manhattan from the beach!

We planned their engagement session for sunset to get that perfect golden hour light. Lexi and Steve took me to all of the favorites spots at Tod’s Point. We saved the beach for the very end of their engagement session. It was windy and very cold, but you wouldn’t knowing looking at the two of them. They were all laughs and smiles, and so obviously perfect for each other that I was wishing it was June already.

Right before I was about to end their session I watched the sky light up pink behind them! I told them not to move as I ran back to get a full length epic shot and when I told Lexi and Steve to look behind them they were in awe. This Tod’s Point engagement session really what dreams are made of! I can’t wait to capture their Cape Cod this coming June!

If you are still thinking about if you should or shouldn’t do an engagement session this post is a definite must see!
